SHIATSU
Shiatsu is a clever mix between the theories of traditional Chinese medicine and a Japanese massage technique.
Shiatsu rebalances the body and mind in their entirety by executing pressure (with the hands),
through stretching and mobilizations of the whole body to improve the flow of energy via the meridians.
These are energy channels related to organs and emotions.
Through these movements, the practitioner stimulates or calms the Ki (Chi),
vital energy that flows through the body in order to create harmony and coherence.
By balancing this energy, it is possible to calm a nervous horse or to awaken a depressed or lethargic horse.

MILTA technology is based on the combined action of coherent red and infrared (laser) and
non-coherent (LED) light sources potentiated by a magnetic tunnel.

NEBULIZATION
In it's natural state, the horse is a sprinter.
Flight from danger is its only defense - and it has for this purpose an impressive respiratory system.
Its breathing capacity is extraordinary: a horse at rest breathes about 5 litres of air 10-12 times per minute, or 50-60 litres/minute.
In full effort (extended gallop), this rate can reach 100-120 breaths per minute of 15 litres each,
or 1500 to 1800 litres / minute, i.e. a respiratory amplitude between rest and effort of 1 to 30!!!
Few mammals have these extraordinary abilities.
The human respiratory system is far from this performant.
Nebulization is the cold transformation of a liquid into a cloud of extremely fine particles (a few microns) also called a fog.
These fine particles are inhaled by the horse and travel through the natural play of breathing along the airways.
The smaller the size of the particles, the deeper they penetrate, all the way to the pulmonary alveoli for the finer ones.
The products, thus administered, act directly on the area to be treated without the need to administer them through tubing,
with the disadvantages that it can have
(irritation or gastric intolerance, kidney difficulties, laminitis risks related to the administration by general route of cortisone, etc.).
Nebulization is therefore an interesting alternative to general treatment:
it allows the administration of drugs in high doses, long enough, with limited side effects.
